Warranties

Apex Garage Doors backs our services with warranties on parts and labor. Warranty terms vary by service type and product with specific details communicated at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims should be submitted by contacting our office directly.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements are agreed to in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Larger projects may require a deposit before materials are ordered or installation is scheduled. Outstanding balances unpaid within 30 days of the invoice date may incur late fees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment please notify us as early as possible. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for changes. Repeated no shows or last minute cancellations may result in a service fee on future bookings.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
